El 12 de diciembre de 2023, la OIT presentó su primer informe mundial sobre servicios públicos de empleo y políticas activas del mercado de trabajo, publicado el 14 de julio de 2023.
La OIT expuso sus conclusiones principales durante un evento de presentación en línea, que contó con la participación de la Confederación Mundial del Empleo (WEC), la Asociación Mundial de Servicios Públicos de Empleo (WAPES) y el Banco Mundial (WB).
Las conclusiones del informe se utilizarán para ofrecer servicios consultivos técnicos a los Estados miembros de la OIT.
