Transformation is nothing new in labour markets but the Covid-19 pandemic has accelerated many of the trends that we were already observing and the world of work is becoming increasingly complex. Technological change, increased uncertainty and changing employee expectations are driving changes that policymakers, businesses and workers have to adapt to. It’s time to simplify that complexity! The World Employment Conference 2021 will discuss those issues and the solutions that employment experts can co-create together to steer this transformation in a way that is beneficial to workers, businesses and society as a whole.
